Listing Standards

Every listing must identify the correct purpose, location, property type, price and responsible owner or agent. Photos must represent the advertised property and must not reveal private documents or unrelated people without permission.

Claims about ownership, project approvals, rental availability, dimensions and amenities must be supportable. Material changes must be updated promptly.

Listings can be approved, returned for changes, paused, rejected or archived through a recorded moderation process.
